Rental Terms and Conditions
The balance must be paid in cash on the day of arrival, or at the latest on the following day.
A 50 euro damage deposit must be paid on arrival, this will be returned on the morning of departure provided no serious damage has occurred.
A 25 euro cleaning fee will be charged unless the renters opt to clean the cottage themselves before departure.
All rentals begin and end on a Saturday.
We ask guests not to arrive before 4pm on the day of arrival and the cottage must be vacated by 11am on the morning of departure.
Rose Cottage is not suitable for children under 12 and is strictly a non-smoking environment.
Bed linen is provided, and if the rental is for more than one week new bed linen and towels will be provided on Saturday. 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels are provided per couple. Kitchen towels are supplied.
The owners of Mille Fleurs and Rose Cottage cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred during your stay.
