How To Find Us
To find us on a road map first locate Tournay, which is easily found at junction 14 on the A64 motorway. Burg lies about half-way between Tournay and Galan but does not show up on all maps.
We will include directions on how to get to Burg and find Mille Fleurs with your booking confirmation.
Our location makes an ideal stopover if you are driving between the Costa Blanca and the U.K
The shortest route from the Costa Blanca to the Channel Ports is via Lannemezan, which is about 9 hours from Calpe and 15 minutes away from us in Burg. The route is very scenic and is a mixture of motorways and other roads and goes via Valencia, Tarragona, Lleida and Barbastro, then across to France via the Bielsa Tunnel.
We are also close to two other mountain passes, the Vielha Tunnel and the Somport Tunnel, so you have a choice of ways to get here, though the Bielsa Tunnel is the most direct and is usually free of lorries. The Vielha and the Somport Tunnels are kept open all year round so you can stay with us in the winter.
We are about 860 kilometres from Cherbourg and about 1000 kilometres from Calais and again the route is a mixture of motorways and other roads. Most people have an overnight stop between us and their ferry port, although it is possible to land in Calais in the morning and have dinner with us the same evening.
Our nearest airports are Pau, which has a daily flight from Stanstead, and Toulouse, with flights from 6 UK airports including Gatwick.
